Obituary for Norma Jean Spreeman
Norma Jean Spreeman, 85 of North Branch, passed away Tuesday, August 20th, 2019. She was born in Columbiaville, MI on March 17th, 1934, to Gladys Lucille and John A. Harris. Norma was the eldest of six children and was a graduate of Columbiaville High School, class of 1952. She retired from the Oakdale state home when it closed and worked as a realtor for Century 21 in Lapeer for many years.
Norma is survived by her daughters, Judy Church Groezinger and Diane Spreeman; her grandchildren, Jennifer Rogers and Christopher Spreeman; her great-grandchildren Kanyon, Sykora, Brody, and Tristan; her brothers, John Harris and Jerry Harris; her sisters Charlene Matzenbach and Gail Small.
Norma was preceded in death by her parents; her brother Clyde, her husbands Maurice Church and Jay Spreeman; her daughter Jeannie Miles.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24th at 1:00 p.m. at Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel in Lapeer. Pastor Ron Hutchinson will officiate. Friends may visit from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.
