Obituary for Elmer "Moe" Moshier
Elmer "Moe" Moshier, age 77 of Mayville, passed away on October 24, 2018. He was born January 19, 1941 in Hemans, MI to Wesley William Moshier & Tressa Lemora Moshier, nee. McClary. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved being outdoors. He loved tending to his garden watching football and riding around on his golf cart. Moe had a prankster personality and loved to have fun. He enjoyed spending time with the animals and driving around in his truck hunting for bargains at garage sale.
Moe is survived by his sons Thomas Moshier of Mayville. Michael Moshier of Minden; daughter Julie Moshier of Lapeer; Brittany (Roman) Moshier of Fort Gratiot; great grandchildren Marcos and Estella Torrez of Fort Gratiot; sister Carolyn Petrie of Lapeer; also many other loving family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents Wesley and Tressa Moshier; brothers Ervin Moshier, Roy Moshier; sisters Joanne Schilke, Dorothy Sharrard, and Lula Phillips.
Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Lynch & Sons Funeral Directors - Capstick Chapel in Lapeer. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
